Garry Patrick Haltof

Penfield – Passed away on August 7, 2022 at age 75 after a courageous battle with colon cancer. He is predeceased by his parents, Carl and Patricia Haltof. Garry is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Barbara Simmons-Haltof; daughters, Christy (Casey Doty) Haltof and Allie (Fiancé Justin Gura) Haltof; grandson, Austin Haltof; siblings, Mark (Susan) Haltof, Melinda Cadwell and Dr. Andrew Haltof; sister-in-law, Jean (Merit) Wilkinson; several nieces and nephews. 

Garry was an avid hiker and hiked the Grand Canyon and Mt. Washington many times. As an engineer and inventor, he always enjoyed having a project to work on. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and uncle who will be greatly missed.

Family and friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Thursday, 4-6 PM where a time of family sharing will follow at 6 PM. Interment private. Kindly consider a donation to a charity of your choice in Garry’s memory.
