Neil R. Ebbecke

Webster - On Monday, May 23, 2022, Neil passed peacefully to be with his Lord at the age of 74 after a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis. He is predeceased by his parents, Walter and Lois Ebbecke; and his in-laws, Ralph and Arline Schane. Neil is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Laurie; daughter, Kimberly Ebbecke; son, Matthew (Amanda) Ebbecke; granddaughters, Sarah, Madelyn, Allison and Avery Ebbecke; brother, Keith Ebbecke; sister-in-law, Darlene Byrns; nephew, Ryan Byrns; and many friends and family.

Neil was a retiree of Qualitrol Corporation and a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Penfield. He loved spending time with his family, especially his granddaughters. He enjoyed astronomy, model railroading, woodworking, roller coasters and watching sports, especially the Chicago Cubs.

Family and friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Sunday, May 29, from 2-4 PM. Neil's Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 4, 10 AM at Faith Lutheran Church, 2576 Browncroft Blvd., Rochester, NY 14625. Interment Webster Union Cemetery.
