Our Dear Sweet Aunt Joan will be missed by Jeanne Picone (Sister) and all of her and Jim's children and grand children. Our fond memories of our families gathering together during Christmas time at each others house and summer Miller Family Picnics at the Picone pool and backyard will be cherished for eternity. God bless Aunt Joan and Uncle Al's children and grandchildren during these trying times but may your special memories live on forever as she was so truly special to all that met her! I have know The Witners' since we were kids. I was always treated with love and kindness by Mr. and Mrs. Witner. I felt great sadness to learn of the passing of Mrs. Witner. She was a very fine lady. My condolences to the Witner family. Rest in Peace Mrs. Witner.
