I am sending my heartfelt condolences for your loss; a wife, a mother, grandmother, sister. Memories of Barbara are from sharing 8-410 at MCC for many years; our 8 module office. I remember Sam. Barbara talked lovingly about her beautiful granddaughter; I felt I knew Sam well and yet never met her. There is never a good time to say 'see you later' to someone we knew, loved, cared about. May the gratitude you have for all your years together, along with fond memories help you through the time of grief. Bobbi Leonard

I worked with Barb at Monroe Community College for many years. She was first hired in the Admissions Office and then went on to the Dental Hygiene Dept. After she retired she returned to Admissions to work part-time. Barb had a wide circle of friends at the college because she was such a social person. We were friends for many years and then our lives took different directions and I'm sorry to say we lost touch. Barb always had a positive energy. She was inspiration to me and others. She was the epitome of a lady while still maintaining a wonderful sense of humor. We enjoyed sharing our dog stories together and she introduced me to the world of audiobooks. She was so proud of Tim and Tom and of course Sammie. To her family, I'm so sorry for your loss. I wish I could attend the services but unfortunately I have Covid. Please know that I will pray for her soul...

Dear Norm, Tim, Tom, Camille and Samantha,
I have so many cherished memories of good times with Barb and Norm. Bruce and I got together with them frequently at both our homes. There here was always a lot to laugh about. Barb led the way with her beautiful smile.
We worked together at the Forman Center where Barb was a popular, social member of the team.
I pray you will each take comfort in knowing that Barb is at peace and her faith has led her home.

To Norm Tim Tim Samantha Sue and Family
I was saddened to hear that Barb left us to be with our Lord.
I use to love coming to the house to help Barb clean and chat. For the short time that I spent with her, I enjoyed her company and stories of her youth and early times with Norm. I was fortunate enough to have met you all during my time there and I’ve known Barb and Sue’s family for 40 years.
I will fondly recall Barb and I’m glad I had the opportunity to have spent time with her and Nirm.
Fondly,
Pam Williams

As a kid growing up with the Reak’s as neighbors, I’ll always remember Mrs. Reak’s calm and sweet demeanor. She was always involved and treated us as her kids.
