Obituary of Matilda McCullough

Matilda Mawhinney McCullough Penfield: Age 99. Born August 11, 1909. Died September 9, 2008. Preceded in death by 9 siblings and her beloved husband, Thomas G. McCullough in 1962. Survived by children, Thomas L. (Mary) of Fairhope, AL., Roy (Kate) of Knoxville, TN., and Carol (Alvani) Santos of Rochester; grandchildren, Thomas H., Peter and Matthew McCullough, Robert and Richard Santos; their spouses and 8 great-grandchildren. Tillie was a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church and participated in many social and mission efforts. She remained an independent spirit to the end. A Memorial Service will be held for Tillie Saturday, September 20th, 3 PM at Penfield Presbyterian Church, 1881 Jackson Rd., Penfield, 14526. Memorials in her honor can be made to the Building Fund of the Penfield Presbyterian Church or a charity of your choice.
