Webster – Formerly of Penfield – On May 23, 2021 at age 58. He is predeceased by his father, Edward. Frank is survived by his mother, Maj Podosek; son, Brian (Laney) Podosek; siblings, Ann Small and Henry (Michelle) Podosek; niece, Andrea (Jeff); nephews, Nick and Eddie.
