Fred is survived by 1 son, Frederick P.; 1 brother, Cornelius Popkey; 1 niece, Paulette Hicks. At Mr. Popkeys request there will be no public service. Burial will take place at Oakwood Cemetery. Those wishing may contribute to the National Kidney Foundation.
