Obituary of Marjorie G. Naab

Marjorie "Margie" Naab on August 12, 2020 at age 85, went home to be with her Lord, her loving family at her bedside. She is predeceased by her beloved sister, Joan (Fred) Reed. Margie is survived by her husband, Ray, who never left her side during their 67 years of marriage. Also survived by her children, Marie (Mark) Hollenbeck, Karen (Steve) Manetta, David (Linda) Naab, Sandie (Ron) Jonas and Douglas (Corey) Naab; her grandchildren, Kristin (Jim) Ziegler, Jessica (Ronn) Dillenbeck, Nicholas (Casey) Hollenbeck and Brittany Hollenbeck, Carly (Bobby) Foster, Emily and John Ives, Brad, Zach and Chelsea Jonas, Leanna (Kevin) Banks and Michael Naab, Spencer and Parker Naab; three great-grandchildren, Annaliese and Kurt Ziegler, and Lola Hollenbeck. She is also survived by her brother, Donald (Sharon) Eich and brother-in-law, Carl (Nena) Naab and many other loving relatives and friends. Margie was a homemaker then went onto a career at Wegmans where she quickly moved up from part time Natures Market employee to a buyer for that department, where she retired from. After retirement, Margie and Ray built a cabin near Naples where they spent most of their summers. Many unforgettable memories were created at this special haven entertaining family and friends. Margie loved and was a whiz at almost all word games. Her other passions were gardening and entertaining and sharing time with friends, mainly their "Old Farts" group. They sold their Penfield house after 51 years and moved to The Legacy at Clover Blossom. Her laughter and smile will be forever missed by all who were blessed to know her. Marge's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 11:15AM at Church of the Assumption, 20 East Ave., Fairport. Social distancing will be practiced.
