Daddy,
I have 37 years worth of beautiful memories with you, that I cherish everyday and will for all my life. From 1,2,3 and into the shower water, you teaching me to ride my bike without training wheels, the endless hours we spent playing video games together on the weekend, our banter back and forth. You have always been there with me and for me no matter what, you always have my back. You and I are one in the same, you are my first love, my best friend, my hero, my Daddy Rooners. And I am your Pooh! I miss everything and every part of you, I look for you wherever I go. You are always with me I know. Losing you is heart wrenching. I will carry on your legacy to your beautiful grand baby, Grey Grey, and teach him all about The Beatles, Elvis, Hank Garland. I will teach him calligraphy like the beautiful ones you did and tell him how his Papa taught himself, I will teach him how to play guitar and the main keys, I still remember them; E A D G B E! I will tell him all about his wonderful, loving, funny, amazing Papa and how very much his Papa absolutely loves him!!! He is just like you in so many ways Daddy, he’s little Jim Jr just like me! I hate that you’re not here to watch him grow up, but I know that you are, we just can’t see you, and that brings me a little peace. God, I miss you Daddy and I love you so very MUCHLY. Butterfly Kisses forever Daddy and Pooh.

I worked with Jim at MDS for a few years. Had some good laughter with him. He was a good person. Wonderful man. RIP Jim

I have know Jim a very long time. I have served him coffee at the diner for years. He was a quiet man until he got to know you. Jim was more than a customer. He was my friend. He had a very big heart and cared about people. He would always ask how my children were doing. He knew all 3 of them and was always kind to them. He even took the time to teach my son how to play guitar. I feel truly blessed that God put Jim in my life. Jim was a good man. He loved his family deeply. His life revolved around them. I'm happy to have known Jim. My thoughts and prayers are with his loving family. Jim is now free of pain and with the Lord.
