I have so many memories of Janice when we were in high school together. She loved visiting with friends and always smiling and just glad to be surrounded by friends. We stayed in touch over the years by attending dinner a few times a year with some of our other classmates and friends. Janice was the sweetest person I ever met, and I feel blessed to have known her. Thanks for all the great times. My deepest condolences to her family. She will be truly missed!

Janice hired me to work at Bausch and Lomb 41 years ago, she always challenged me to do better and encouraged me to accept a new job in a different department before that was the norm in the workplace , she was smart, fun and always understanding. My sincere condolences to her family.

Most of my memories of Janice revolve around softball. Our daughters were teammates in high school and roommates in college, and continue to be lifelong friends. Janice was one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I never heard her raise her voice or say a harsh word about anyone. She was totally devoted to her family and I know Jeanie was the light of her life. The world will be a sadder place without her in it. Rest In Peace, Janice.

Janice was the best boss anyone could ever ask for. There was no place to work except B&L in Customer Service We had many good times because of Janice. I retired 10 years ago and had a wonderful party I will never forget. I am so sorry Janice was not able to enjoy retirement.but we know she was a company woman. She will certainly be missed by many people.
Dennis and Jeannie I am so sorry for your loss but I sure you have many memories to look back on.
RIP Janice until we meet again..

Sweet Janice Farrell, Jeanie and Dennis,
How many softball games did we sit 'through' together. The most devoted, loyal and kind woman we are lucky to know. I will always remember little Gavin crawling up into the stands to sit next to Janice. She would open her bag and share treats and smiles and quiet conversations with him. Heaven has truly gained another angel. Love and comfort to all of you.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Janice's passing. So many folks will miss her so much at Bausch + Lomb. Although I never met Janice in person (I work in the Lynchburg, VA Distribution Center), I was fortunate enough to work with her remotely on many projects. She made such a positive impact on my work life. I personally will miss hearing her cheerful, yet calming voice on conference calls. Her dedication to B+L was truly amazing! It is not often in work life our paths cross with such a dear individual. Janice leaves us so many great memories and is a role model for all! May your family find peace during this difficult time!

I am so sorry to hear about Janice. We worked together many times over the years and No one was more dedicated to the company, its employees or customers than Janice. While her family was #1, her work family was also so important to her. How many weddings, baby showers, anniversaries did she attend with just the right word, gift or treat. Memories of Janice include chocolate, Coca Cola, NY Yankees and more chocolate! Our sincere condolences to Dennis and Jeannie, please know that Janice leaves behind a wonderful legacy.

MY dear dear Janice, We started at the Bausch together and shared many happy times. Remember the toilet seat and dancing on the tables. I think of you often. So glad we stayed in touch and had our annual lunches with Shirley and Eva. May the Lord keep you in his care until we meet again. Jeanie and Dennis, my heart and prayers go out to you.
