Obituary of Christine C. Babbitt

Christine "Chriss" (Campbell) Babbitt of Marco Island, FL and Rochester, NY passed away suddenly on January 6, 2020 in Florida at age 69. She is predeceased by her parents, Henry and Ruth Campbell and her brother-in-law, Richard Schmalzbauer. Chriss is survived by her loving husband and best friend of more than 40 years, John; stepchildren, Jonathan (Kelly) Babbitt and Holly Fratello; grandchildren, Joshua Barry, Anthony and Nico Fratello; brother, Richard Campbell; sisters, Jeanne Schmalzbauer, Katherine (Thomas) Milne and Barbara (Terrance) Duttinger; many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Rd., Penfield, NY 14526, on Monday January 20th from 4 pm until 7 pm., where a Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday January 21st at 10:00 am. Burial will be at Oakridge Cemetery in Livonia, NY. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the Marco Island Police Dept., Fire/Rescue, EMS and the Physicians Regional Healthcare System ER for their efforts and compassion during a very difficult time.
