Obituary of Esther S. Gemmill

Esther Susi Gemmill of Penfield passed away April 12, 2015. She was born June 22, 1933 in Basel, Switzerland. She was predeceased by her parents, Gertrude and Herman Weysser and brother, Hans Peter. Esther is survived by her husband, Jim, children, Susi (Randy) and Peter (Jamie); granddaughter, Lucy and sister Tilla. Growing up in Switzerland, Esther enjoyed figure skating, hiking and mountaineering. Esther loved knitting, gardening, reading and entertaining. She shared her kind and loving countenance with family, friends and acquaintances. Truly a great lady. A private celebration of Esther's life is planned for a later date.
