Patricia Brasley-Nelson (Carroll) of Penfield, a beautiful soul passed peacefully on May 26, 2019 at age 75. Predeceased by parents, David and Hazel Carroll; husband, Patrick Brasley; brother, Stephen Carroll. Patricia is survived by her husband, Karl Nelson; daughter, Meghan Brasley; stepson, Keith (Carolina) Nelson; stepdaughter, Jeanne (Joseph) Leo; step-grandchildren, Michael & Stephen Leo; step-great-grandaughter, Sophia Ann Leo; siblings, Maureen (John) Girvin, Marcia (Gerald) Glenn, Linda (Charles) Wiltsie, James (Darlene) Carroll, David (Tessa) Carroll, Debbie (Gary) Prokop; many nieces and nephews.
