I will always remember Scott with fondness for his quiet advocacy for all those dealing with MD and for hosting multiple find-raisers for MDA over the years. Even in death, he is thinking of others and the need for a cure so no one else has to go through this lifetime ordeal. I wish we could have done more for Scott and the others! I met Scott through the MDA telethon and he was a fabulous spokesman. More importantly, he was an incredible inspiration to those younger than him. I praise God for bringing Scott into our lives to show us how much value there is in living life to the fullest despite our challenges!!

Scott was one of the kindest,most positive people I have ever known. He always had a smile for everyone. I so enjoyed my conversations with him about his trips and hockey. You will be greatly missed. Fly high Scott!
