Obituary of Harold H. Michelson

Harold H. Michelson of Penfield passed away January 9, 2019 at age 97.  He was predeceased by his wife of 51 years, Esther June; sister, Mildred Nicholson; brothers, Charles, Robert and Grant; son-in-law, Dale Tripp.  Harold is survived by daughters, Karren Tripp and Nancy MacDonald; granddaughters, Lauren (Clayton) Sweeney, Allison (Nicholas) Jonas and Iolene Tripp; sons, Harold Jr. and Thomas, daughter, Johnny Lee; great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins. Harold was a WWII Navy Veteran, a longtime member of Finger Lakes Live Steam and the Penfield Fire Company.  He enjoyed puttering in his basement and spending time with family and friends.

Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Friday January 18, 2019, 3-6PM where a Prayer Service will follow at 6PM. Interment private. Those wishing may direct donations to St. Lawrence Hospice, 6805 US Highway 11, Potsdam, NY 13676.
