Obituary of Hazel B. Carroll

Hazel B. Carroll of Penfield passed away on Friday, March 27, 2015. She peacefully passed into the loving arms of her husband, Dave, who predeceased her in 2000. She was also predeceased by her sisters, Helen Barton and Gladys Montrois. Hazel is survived by her children, Stephen Carroll, Patricia (Karl) Nelson, Maureen (John) Girvin, Marcia (Gerald) Glenn, Linda (Charles) Wiltsie, James (Darlene) Carroll, David Jr. (Tessa) Carroll, Debbie (Gary) Prokop; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, on Tuesday, 5-8PM. Hazel's Memorial Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, April 1, 2015, 9AM at Church of the Assumption, 20 East Ave. Fairport. Private Interment, Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to Fairport Baptist Homes in her memory.
