I worked as a colleague with Joe at Eastman Kodak, and on many teams together. My favorite memories of him are how he always treated everyone with respect and treated projects with total dedication, but knew how to find the humor in the mundane that we all dealt with daily. He advised me when I first left Kodak (unwillingly) and I will always treasure that graciousness. Kathy Jansen
