Obituary of Margaret Mary R. Godly

Margaret Mary R. "Meg" Godly of Farmington passed away December 21, 2014. Meg lived her daily life with an attitude of gratitude, service, and love. Meg found joy in every day. She knew that God is good ALL the time and her deep faith made her confident that God's love for her and her family was the truest source of peace and happiness. Meg had the cherished ability to put a smile on anyone's face. Meg worked with friends at Mobil, Bausch & Lomb, IEC Electronics, Church of the Incarnation, Lake Immunogenics, Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Farmington Planning Board, and Ontario County Planning Board. Meg was actively involved since 1992 in the St. Joseph ministries of Lector, Eucharistic Minister, Cantor, Worship Workgroup, Liturgy of the Word for Children, Faith Formation, Parish/School Picnic, and Martha Ministry. Meg also worked with St. Joseph School as a member of SAC, Team Mom for CYO Soccer and Basketball, and Girl Scout Leader. She was predeceased by her dad, Vito Rimore. Meg is survived by her loving husband of 29 years, Christopher; beloved daughter, Laura Anne Godly; mother, Laura Rimore. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road Friday 3-6PM. Meg's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday 10 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 43 Gebhardt Road, Penfield. Inurnment, St. Joseph's Cemetery.
