Obituary of William G. Tomlinson

William G. Tomlinson of Penfield passed away October 23, 2012 at age 69 after a brief illness and complications from heart disease. He was predeceased by his parents, Walter John Jr. and Olive Greatorex Tomlinson. Bill is survived by his loving wife of 22 years, Rita Duggan Tomlinson; daughter, Sarah; son, William; in-laws, several nieces, nephews and cousins, including niece Robin (Christopher) VanBuren; aunt, Muriel Diehl; several great nieces and nephews. Bill was President and owner of NorthCoast Corporation. He was a business owner for over 30 years managing homeowners associations and condominiums in Monroe County. He was a graduate of Cornell University with MA and BA degrees. He was Past President of the University Club of Rochester and a past board member of the Research Foundation of the Community Associations Institute. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield, NY 14526, Thursday 6-9 PM and Friday 9-11:30 AM. Bill's Funeral Service will be held Friday 2 PM at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 1130 Webster Road, Webster. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery, Penfield.
