Obituary of Dorothy A. Volkmann

Dorothy A. Volkmann of Penfield passed away March 27, 2014 at age 101. She was predeceased by her husband, Hilmar Volkmann; daughter, Mary Lu Pulcino; and son-in-law, Charles Karnisky. Dorothy is survived by her daughter, DeAnn Karnisky; sons, William (MaryAnn), John (Audrey and Charles (Jane) Volkmann; 10 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and nieces. Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Tuesday 4-7 PM. Dorothy’s Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday 12 Noon at St. Joseph’s Church, 43 Gebhardt Road. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Those wishing may direct donations to a charity of your choice in her memory.
