Obituary of Thelma A. Wise

Thelma A. Wise of Penfield passed away March 24, 2014 at age 94. She was predeceased by her husbands, Walter B. Packard and Albert W. Wise; son, Walter Packard, Jr. Thelma is survived by her son, Alan Packard; grandson, Kip Packard; sister-in-law, Jeanne Stahl; daughter-in-law, Edna Miller; nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews. Services were held privately.
