Obituary of Dorothy L. Sminkey

Dorothy L. Sminkey of Rochester, formerly of Jensen Beach, FL, Audubon, NJ and birthplace, Philadelphia, PA, passed away March 15, 2014 at age 101. She was predeceased by her husband, Loys A. Sminkey; sons, Cmdr. Robert Sminkey and William Sminkey; daughters-in-law, Dorothy Sminkey and Carolyn Sminkey; and brother, Robert Dietrich. Dorothy is survived by her son, Donald (Tamah) Sminkey; several grandchildren including, David (Michelle) Sminkey and Debbie (Chris) MacWilliams; sister, Emily Cooper of Rochester; many great-grandchildren. Services were held at the convenience of the family with interment in Jensen Beach, FL. Those wishing may contribute to the Episcopal Church Home in her memory.
