Obituary of John Ballesty

John Ballesty of Cocoa, FL passed away December 22, 2013 at age 81. He was predeceased by his sister, Maisie. John is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Eileen; children, Lorraine, David (Barbara), Maureen (Michael) Mattia; Daniel (Joyce), and John (Jane); caring grandfather to Kate (Eric Boxer), Bridget, John, Aidan, Matthew, Erin, Brian, Elise, Liam and Declan; siblings, Kitty Kavanaugh of Florida, Malachy and Peter of Ireland; many cousins, nieces and nephews. John was a stalwart friend to many dear people who will remember him for his Irish wit and steadfast faith. John’s Memorial Mass will be celebrated Saturday 9:00 AM at Church of the Assumption, 20 East Ave., Fairport.
