Obituary of Bradford A. Higgins

Bradford A. Higgins of Penfield passed away Friday, October 18, 2013, at age 84. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughter, Diane (Charles) Nicholson; son, Alan (Anne); grandchildren, Christopher, Emily, Declan and Tucker; sister, Anne Kynast. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Bradford’s Life Saturday, October 26th at 1 PM at Penfield United Methodist Church, 1795 Baird Rd., Penfield where a reception will follow.
