He is survived by his wife, Leigh; mother, Beverly; children, Nicole, Sally Ann (RJ) Bell, Mariah, Michael (Megan Lee) III; stepdaughters, Sarah and Elizabeth Cooney; grandchildren, AJ Cooney and Blaze Lacatia; brother, Christopher; nieces, Shery and Heather Hart, Casandra and Paige Mascari; and fur babies, Duke, Lola, Daisey and Tiger.
