Obituary of Weldon James Deverell

Rochester: January 21, 2018. Predeceased by his wives, Eloise and Marie and sister, Helen Gray. Jim is survived by 7 children, James T. Deverell, Vicki Dix, Jacqueline Deverell, Thomas (Tamara) Deverell, Debbie Vogt, Diane (Rick) Amundson and Scott (Lisa) Deverell; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Joan Whitman. Jim was a Rochester Fire Fighter for 31 years and retired as a Captain. He was also a proud Marine serving in WWII. Family and friends are invited to call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield, Wednesday January 24, from 11 AM -1 PM, where a service will follow at 1 PM. Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to the American Diabetes Association in Jim's memory.
