Obituary of James P Carney

James P. Carney of Webster passed away May 22, 2017. Jimmy was predeceased by his father, William, and his mother, Margaret. Jimmy is survived by his brothers, David (Barbara) and Stephen (Laurie), and his sister Kathleen (David) Dyer; nephews, Ryan (Jessica) Carney, Michael (Courtney) Carney and niece Emily Dyer; and great nieces, Hannah Carney and Rachel Carney, and great nephew, Benjamin Carney. Jimmy was born in Utica, New York, on August 10, 1953. He graduated from Penfield High School in 1972. He enjoyed cooking, music, reading and vacationing in the Adirondacks. Jimmy was a loving and faithful son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend who courageously faced a painful debilitating disease for many years. His family loves him and will miss him very much. Friends are invited to join Jimmy's family for a time of remembrance on Saturday, June 10, 2017, between 2pm and 4pm at the Jennings, Nulton, & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield, NY 14526.
