Obituary of Gina Marie Cook

Gina Marie Cook of Rochester passed away April 1, 2015. She was born June 21, 1969. Gina is survived by her son, Billy Fornataro; mother and stepfather, Terry and Frank Ryan; father, Raymond Cook; twin brother, Ray (Julie) Cook; brothers, Peter (Tracy) Cook and William Cook; sister, Betsy (Jim) Helfer; nephews, Christopher and Greg; nieces, Jenna, Carly and Katie; the Don and Kathy Fornataro family; extended family and friends. Special thanks to "Uncle Chuck" who went every morning to spend time with her. She was predeceased by her nephew, Ryan Helfer; sister-in-law, Susie Cook and her grandparents.
