We can remember lots of fun times from BBQ's at the White house in Webster, to family gatherings at various homes.I remember visiting from Long Island and you would always know Gerry was in the room, from his loud voice laughing to his cigar smoke. I will miss that when I visit my sister on the Holidays.I remember Gerry going out of his way to help me transfer from NYPD to RPD using his contacts here, that was almost 20 years ago, boy does time fly. I remember talking with Gerry about military and police issues. God Bless Gerry, you will be missed.

I have great memories of the stories my Dad told me of their time together on the UofR golf team. I'm betting he didn't tell me the best ones though! Jerry never failed to call me over to say "hello" anywhere I was fortunate to see him. A class act and a kind gentleman everyday. We feel your loss and wish your family peace and love. The Donohues
