Passed away May 26, 2026.  Ethel is predeceased by her husband, Marvin J. Bills; her sister, Dorothy McQuillen; sons-in-law, James Goodman and Charles Sargent.

Survived by her children, Carol Ann Goodman, Barbara Sargent, David (Joan) Bills, and Cindy (Brent) Coleman; grandchildren, Scott Kaper, Craig Kaper, Michael (Jessica) Bills, Cortney Bills, Kelly (Ken) Rheault, Christopher (Nichole) Coleman, Patrick (Abby) Coleman, Victoria Coleman (Justin Colon); great grandchildren, Zachary and Lucas, Jacob and Kaleb, Dylan, Devin, Chase, and Brooks, Saylor, Ivy, Piper and Rory. 

Ethel’s greatest love was her family, along with gardening, Keuka Lake and her parties.  She will be greatly missed by all. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2026 from 1-4 p.m., Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield.  Her Funeral Service will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.  Interment White Haven Memorial Park.
