Ardith R. Drelick Obituary

Ardith R. (Hoffman) Drelick, 86, of Macedon, NY, passed away peacefully on April 16, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.


She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Robert F. Drelick, with whom she shared a loving and devoted marriage of 60 years, built on partnership, family, and a lifetime of memories together.


She is survived by her five children: Robert Drelick (Stacy), Kimberly Heller (Richard), David Drelick (Pam), Susan DiSanferdinando (Nicholas), and Sandra Graham (Terry). She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Jacob and Casey Heller, John Drelick, Amanda Gutierrez, Nicholas and Michael DiSanferdinando, and Kylee, Chase, and Cayden Graham. She is survived by her sister, Brenda Belmont. She was predeceased by her sisters, Shirley Draper, Pauline Ostrowski, and Patricia Jackson.


Born on September 11, 1939, in Port Leyden, NY, Ardith was the daughter of the late Harry H. Hoffman and Bernice E. DeCarr. She graduated from Port Leyden Central School in 1959. She moved to Rochester, NY, in the 1960s, where she built her life and raised her family.


Ardith had a long and successful career with Bausch & Lomb, where she worked until her retirement.


Ardith was a devoted Catholic parishioner at St. Joseph’s Church and especially enjoyed baking, gardening, camping, and visiting casinos, but most of all, she cherished spending time with her family and friends.


Family and friends may call on Thursday, April 23rd, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield, NY, 14526. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 24th, at 11 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Church in Penfield, followed by interment at White Haven Memorial Park in Pittsford, NY.


In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Ardith’s memory.
