Winifred M. Davidson Obituary

Winifred was born in Glasgow, Scotland, in 1937, and married Thomas A. Davidson there in 1960. Together, they emigrated to the United States in 1962, settling in Rochester, New York.

She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas, and her three children: Gordon (Denise) Davidson, Arlene (Robert) Dalton, and Alan Davidson; her seven grandchildren: Taylor (Rachael) Dalton, Timothy (Hali) Davidson, Cody (Rachael) Davidson, Hayley (Dom) Liberi, Joe (Kailey) Davidson, Tanner Dalton, Conner (Katie) Davidson, Susan Davidson, mother of Timothy and Joe; and 10 cherished great-grandchildren.

Winnie worked as a secretary at Penfield High School and remained active with several part-time jobs after her retirement. She was very social and loved being in the mix of things. She was also an accomplished artist and pursued her passion through the Penfield and Webster art clubs.

Above all else, Winnie adored her extended family and treasured every moment with them. Nothing brought her more joy than her beloved cottage at Sodus Point, where she created a lifetime of cherished memories for her family.
