Beverly D. Reed

Perinton, January 26, 2026, at the age of 84.  She is predeceased by her daughter, Julie Reed, parents, Werner and Mary Driessler, brother, Joseph Driessler, and sister, Gloria Smith. 

Bev is survived by her husband of 50 years, Bill; children, Jim (Wendy) Spencer, Michelle Puglia, Matthew Reed; two grandchildren, Katie Mryglod and Michael Puglia; one great grandchild, Finnegan Kelly,; sister, Kathy (Paul) Jason and several nieces and nephews.  

Bev retired as the Receiver of Taxes for the Town of Perinton after 30 years of service. Bev loved gardening, cross country skiing, cooking, baking, sitting in the sun watching Bill fish, and she enjoyed her family tradition of making pierogies with her sister at Christmas. She loved her time in the Adirondacks at Cranberry Lake and was a "city girl who became a North Country Girl".  

No prior visitation will be held.  Bev's Memorial Mass will be on Monday, February 16, 2026, 11:00 a.m., St. John of Rochester, 8 Wickford Way, Fairport.
