Patricia H. Townley (nee Harvey)

Penfield - Patricia passed away peacefully on November 26, 2025, at the age of 98. Beloved wife of 74 years to the late Douglas Townley; devoted mother of Andrea Townley, Laurie (Carl) Richane and Leann (Daniel) Sorge; loving grandmother of Holly Jacobs and Townley Sorge; adored great-grandmother of Hendrix Jacobs; dear sister of the late Robert Harvey. 

Among Pat's many talents and interests, she was accomplished at sewing, tailoring, knitting, and embroidery. She enjoyed entertaining, cooking, and baking - especially Christmas cookies, a holiday tradition. Her creampuffs were amazing! Pat also took great pleasure in creating beautiful gardens. 

Pat received her bachelor's degree from Cornell University. She retired from Marine Midland/HSBC where she was a computer programmer for over 20 years. After retiring, she volunteered on a delivery team for Meals-on-Wheels.

Pat will be remembered fondly for her devotion to family and friends. 

Funeral services to be held privately. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the local Humane Society or Animal Shelter.
