Serge Klish, 65, of Webster, NY, passed away on August 16, 2025, at Strong Memorial Hospital surrounded by family.
Serge was born on September 13, 1959, in Kiev, Ukraine, to Nikolay and Valentyna Klishchenko. He grew up in Ukraine before later immigrating to the United States. There he worked incredibly hard to start over, build a new life, and provide everything he could for his wife and children. He had a long career at Trident Precision Manufacturing of Webster and was an incredibly hard worker in every aspect of his life, no project was too big or small for him to take on.
He will be remembered for his incredible sense of humor - which brightened every occasion - his kindness, and his dedication to those he loved. Serge was a huge lover of the outdoors, always spending time in the backyard relaxing by the pool and grilling for his family and friends. He loved going on walks around Webster and exploring local parks with his wife, Elena. One of his favorite hobbies was fishing, and he was happiest while out on the lake, always very proud to bring home his catch of the day.
Serge is survived by his loving wife, Elena Klish; his son, George Klish; and his daughters, Veronika Rigsbee, Sasha Klish, and Olga Senger. He is also survived by five grandchildren, who were a source of great pride and happiness in his life.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at 12:00pm at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral home, 1704 Penfield Road. A procession and burial will follow at White Haven Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Wilmot Cancer Institute.
Serge will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
