Jeanette A. Keim Obituary

Jeanette A Keim, of Penfield, NY, passed away of natural causes on 7/9/25. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert (Bob) Keim. She is survived by her son, Doug Keim and his wife, Joanne; her daughter, Cindy McPhail and her husband, Keith; her four grandchildren, Andrea and Matt Keim, Violet and Annika McPhail and multiple nieces and nephews. Jeanette was very involved with the Lutheran Church of the Incarnate Word and a long time member of the Rochester Museum and Science Center Council. She was the youngest of 5 children, born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, and proud of her Swedish heritage. She enjoyed playing tennis, bridge, skiing, travel, and spending time with family and friends at the Canadian cottage that she and Bob first built in the 1960’s.


Calling hours will be from 4:00-6:00 pm on Thursday 7/17 at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield. A Memorial Service will be held on 7/18 at 11:00 am at The Lutheran Church of the Incarnate Word, 597 East Avenue, Rochester.


In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Lutheran Church of the Incarnate Word or to the Rochester Museum and Science Center would be appreciated.
