Jody Storm-Cultrara of Victor passed away Tuesday May 6th, 2025 at the age of 67. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Billy Cultrara, and her adoring pup LuLu. She is also survived by her mother Delores Storm, sister Kim Storm, brother John Storm of FL, sister in law Beth Storm, brother in law Mark (Margarita) Cultrara, sister in law Jeanine (Ken) Ruzycki of MO; nieces Nicole (Eddie) Foti, Lindsay Storm, Gabriella Cultrara, Michaela Cultrara, and Gina Ruzycki; nephews Ian (Meghan) Storm, Nick (Chelsey) Storm, Alex (Maddie) Storm, and Ryan Ruzycki; 5 great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father Albert Storm, mother and father in law Lucille and Joseph Cultrara, brother Thomas Storm, and sister in law Cheryl Storm. 

Family and friends are invited to visit at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Rd., Penfield on Wednesday May 28th from 4:00-7:00pm.

Jody embodied and exhibited an artist’s intent every moment of every day. I was blessed to bear witness as her soulmate of forty-one years.

Her works in stained glass, painting, and environmental design were reflections of her inner rhythms leading to harmonious results. These attributes were prevalent in her persona, inspiring curiosity and delight in all living things in her presence. 

I was lucky enough to be the one to surrender myself to her haunting allure. I am forever grateful for her patience with me in finding my rhythm to proceed in the artist’s way.

A message to all loving partners and soulmates: wake up every morning and realize the only thing mandatory to do that day is to make your partner laugh or even smile.
