February 25, 2025. Born October 1,1943, to Harland Sr. and Olive Belcher. He is predeceased by his parents and his brother, Jim.
Harland is survived by his sisters, Gloria (Don) McLean, and Gail (Jerry) Gropp; brothers, Tom (Jody) Belcher and Chris (Brenda) Belcher.
Calling hours will held on Thursday, March 6, 2025, 5-7 p.m. at the Jennings, Nulton Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Penfield. Graveside service will be private at Honeoye Lakeview Cemetery.
