Obituary of Eleanor K. Tierney

February 22, 1929-February 16, 2025. Predeceased by her husband, John B. Tierney, Sr. She is survived by her children, John B. Tierney, Jr. (Barbara), MaryKay (Tom) Genthner, Patty (Jack) Masseth, Paul J. (Christine) Tierney, Lynn (Chuck) Ferreira; 10 grandchildren, Jason (Lacey), Michael (Tabitha), Matt, Brian, Kyler, Meagan, David, Kian, Devon and Matthew; 3 great grandchildren, Nathaniel, Ethan and Molly. 

Ellie loved her family and was involved early on in Scouts with all her children. She was a paraprofessional for years in the Rush Henrietta School District. She was in the first graduating class at Monroe Community College as an LPN. She completed her working years at Monroe Community Hospital. She was loved by her family and friends and will be missed by all. The family wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the staff at the Friendly Home for their exceptional care of our loved one. No prior calling. Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
