Obituary of Margaret M. Hoyser

Margaret M. Hoyser of Fairport passed away on December 9, 2019 at age 78. She was predeceased by her parents. Margaret is survived by her loving husband of 56 years, Edward; children, Michael (Susan), Stephen (Annabella), Mary Elizabeth (James) Spicer, Thomas (Sue); 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren; siblings, William (Judi) Monsour, Mary Harmon, Donna Keeping, Peter (Jackie) Monsour, John Monsour; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Margaret served as a mortgage loan officer and Private Bank representative for Key Bank for over twenty years. She loved summering at her cottage with her family in the Thousand Islands for over thirty years enjoying the beauty of the St. Lawrence River. She was a dedicated volunteer for her church, a longtime member of the Chestnut TWIG serving the Rochester General Hospital gift shop and the Thousand Island Park Landmark Society.

Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Rd. Sunday 1-4PM. Margaret's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 11:30 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 43 Gebhardt Road, Penfield. Interment private.
