Biography

Edward L. Lisi of Penfield passed away January 11, 2012. He was predeceased by his wife, Rose. Edward is survived by his children, Susan Lisi, Lynne (Steve) Thornton, Julie Zimmer (Rob Erb) and Edward Lisi; 8 grandchildren, Gina, Nicholas, Vincent, Heidi, Keith, Rose, Michael and Mary; 4 great-grandchildren, Gianna, Kaiden, Madison and Mason; 4 brothers, William (Maxine), Ernie (Mary Alice), Albert and Eugene (Dorothy); 4 sisters-in-law, Theresa Flacco, Anna Lee Donnelly, Carol Ciaschi and Cecelia Stock; many nieces and nephews. Edward was an Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Friends may call at Jennings, Nulton & Mattle Funeral Home, 1704 Penfield Road, Monday 3-7 PM. Edward's Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday 10 AM at St. Joseph's Church, 43 Gebhardt Road, Penfield. Interment, Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider Pluta Cancer Center in his memory.

I didn't know Edward, but worked with Sue at Rochester General for many years. My love goes out to you - I had a similar loss a few months ago - it leaves a painful hole but good memories, My best to you, Sue.
